This is all from a workout two days prior to Team Trials. Although I get completely chundered in the bottom drop once, the workout went quite well.

Instead of uploading everything to YouTube, I have been experimenting with different options for video upload to my own server recently. If you have tried to view this link, but it has not worked, it should now. It is in the flash video format. If you do not have Flash 9, you may need to head over to the Adobe Flash Download Site to get it.
