Why flatter myself, I am a pretty simple guy really. Right now I wear two hats and between these, they take up most of my time and energy. On my mild mannered side, I am a geek. The alter ego is my life as an athlete.

As a geek, I am a floundering computer geek. I dabble with Linux at home, Mac as my personal laptop and I get paid to teach people GIS for ESRI.

As an athlete, there have been two distinct chapters in my life. The first was as an athlete for the University of Missouri. Cross-country and track was my life for the better part of nine years. Not exactly the best in the world, I most definitely found my personal limits and learned a tremendous amount about sport and most importantly, about life along the way.
