Working on making a map this morning, my mind began to wander. Making a population density map of Canada is not particularly interesting, since nobody lives in Canada. Thus, my mind was wandering. Not surprisingly the destination was slalom, or something closely related. In this case, it was what kind of race car would athletes' be.

Thinking back, past teammates in college, on the track, were easy fits for different cars. Sprinters, they most definitely were the top fuel dragsters. Although, as oddly as some them ran, they might possibly be better described as funny cars. The throwers, those guys were the tractor pull trucks. Some of them might even be monster trucks, mostly because of their persona's. The mid distance guys, dirt track race bikes come to mind.

Myself personally, the best analogy coming to mind is a rally race car. I like to race hard around blind corners over through and in any weather. If I loose a fender here or there, so be it. A little hell bent, slightly less than polished, but a hard racer...yes, this is Joel.
