Pulling on a cross coming through the backside of a roostertail wave created at the bottom of the first major feature on the competition channel at the US National Whitewater Center. I am headed out of a really tight and dynamic upstream gate on the river left side, trying to figure out the exit from this eddy. It only took about three more months to figure it out.
